Vincent Vallée

Vincent Vallée became the first French chocolatier to win World Chocolate Master at age 27, taking the 2015 title. Raised in a Michelin-starred family kitchen, he apprenticed from fifteen under Jean-Claude David and refined his chocolate work with Patrick Gelencser and Alain Chartier. He now leads a team of sixteen at his eponymous house in Les Sables-d'Olonne.
