Jordi Bordas

Jordi Bordas won the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in Lyon in 2011 and opened his own school in Viladecans, outside Barcelona, shortly after. He developed the B·Concept method, a system for formulating lighter, cleaner-tasting recipes from scratch, and now teaches it around the world as an ambassador for Felchlin, Ravifruit, and Elle & Vire.
