Brian Boclet

Born in Arras in 1987 and trained at the INBP in Rouen, Brian Boclet is head bakery chef at EHL Lausanne and a 2023 MOF finalist. He is co-author of Le Grand Livre de la Boulangerie Viennoiserie and founder of Elite Bakers, an online platform that gathers MOF-level and internationally recognised boulangers to teach masterclasses worldwide.
